HTP Property Solutions aim to develop trusting relationships with our landlords across the UK to enable us to provide attractive living accommodation, for our professional tenants, whilst providing you with guaranteed rent. We look to lease 3+ bedroom properties from landlords on a fixed year agreement. During this period we become the landlords so will take care of the day to day running and the management of the property - in simple terms, we become your tenants. Regardless of the properties occupancy for the term of agreement, you will receive guaranteed rent every month. 

We recognise that letting your property can be a daunting experience however our service aims to alleviate this worry. HTP Property Solutions will maintain your property to an extremely high standard and accommodate professional employees. This means you are able to enjoy your time at your own leisure, whilst in receipt of regular income, allowing your investment work for you!
